- ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ did a business of Rs 7.5 crore on the 15th day, while the film made a record on the 16th day.
- The film got a lot of benefit from Rakshabandhan holiday and it collected Rs 19.50 crore.
- Now at the domestic box office, ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ has come close to taking entry into the 150 crore club.
- The total collection of 16 days of the film has now been Rs 145.15 crore.
Salman Khan-Ajay Devgan’s record of superhit films broke
‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ has broken the record of many superhit films with his 16 -day earnings. The animated film has defeated Ayushmann Khurrana’s ‘Dream Girl’ (141.3 crore), Ajay Devgan’s ‘Singham Returns’ (140.06 crore) and Salman Khan’s ‘Dabangg’ (140.22 crore) lifetime collection. With this, ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ has now become the 76th highest grossing film in the history of Indian cinema.
‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ released in five languages
The budget of ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ is just Rs 15 crore. This animated film of Mahavatar Cinematic Universe has been directed by Ashwin Kumar. This film has been released on the big screen in five languages- Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
