Before the civic and panchayat elections in Rajasthan, a major administrative reshuffle has been made in the police department. Before the upcoming civic and panchayat elections in the state, the government has made major changes in the police fleet and released the transfer list of 21 IPS officers.
In this list, officers working on many important posts mainly including Jaipur and Jodhpur have been changed. Names of officers above IG rank have been included in this list. At the same time, the government is also going to change SPs in many districts before the elections, the list of which is also expected to come soon.
Sharat Kaviraj was made the Commissioner of Jodhpur
According to the order issued by Rajasthan Government, Sharat Kaviraj was sent to Jaipur S.O. Has been appointed as Jodhpur Police Commissioner. It is being told that Sharat Kaviraj has returned to the field after a long time.
Jaipur Police Special Commissioner Rahul Prakash has once again been given the responsibility of Jaipur Range IG. Even before this, Rahul Prakash had held the post of Jaipur Range IG, during which his traffic lane system was much talked about.
These officers will replace IPS Rahul Prakash
Now once again he will take charge of Jaipur Range IG. Now IPS Omprakash has been given the responsibility of the new Special Commissioner in place of Rahul Prakash in Jaipur Commissionerate.
It has been said in the order that 1998 batch IPS Bipin Kumar Pandey, along with his duties as Additional Director General of Police, Crime Branch, Jaipur, will hold the additional charge of the post of Additional Director General of Police (Recruitment and Promotion Board) till further orders.
Many officers got additional responsibility
Many officers have also been given additional responsibilities in the government orders. Hemant Kumar Sharma has been given the responsibility of Jaipur IG and Om Prakash II has been given the responsibility of Inspector General of Police, Bikaner Range. Bipin Kumar Pandey will also perform additional responsibilities along with his post.
These important changes made by the government are being considered very important in view of the upcoming elections. These steps are being taken continuously by the government to improve the security system and law and order. After the transfers of these IPS officers, it is now feared that along with the police department, officers of other departments will also be transferred. In view of the elections, the government is continuously busy in making administrative changes.
