2. Now put squeezed gourd in a large bowl. Add gram flour and rice flour, then add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to it. Now add finely chopped green chillies, coriander and ginger-garlic paste. Prepare a thick mixer by mixing everything.

3. After this, heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes medium hot, add a little mixture to it with a spoon or hand. Keep in mind that the oil should not be too hot, otherwise the pakoras will burn from outside and will remain raw from inside. Therefore, fry the pakodo on medium heat till it becomes golden and crispy.

4. Take out the fried pakodo on a paper towel so that the oil comes out. Now you can also serve them with green chutney, tomato sauce or curd.
