Bsf jawan purnam kumar shaw: BSF jawan Purnam Kumar Shaw has returned to the country amidst the stress of India and Pakistan. Today on Wednesday (May 14, 2025), he was handed over to India on the Attari-Wagah border in Punjab. BSF gave this information. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has also given her response when the BSF jawan returns.
CM Mamta Banerjee wrote on X, “I am very happy to receive information that our BSF jawan Purnam Kumar Shaw has been released. I was in contact with his family and talked to his wife three times in Hooghly’s Rishra. Even today I called her. Even today I called him. On his son’s return home, father Bhola Nath Shaw said, “… I thank the Central and State Governments who released my son from Pakistan and brought him back to India … Now that my son is coming back, I would like him to serve the country once again …”

BSF spokesperson gave this big information
BSF has shared a picture of BSF jawan from the Attari-Wagah border, in which he can be seen with a beard, mustache and scattered hair. He is wearing a green t-shirt of round neck. Regarding this, BSF spokesperson said, “Constable Purnam Kumar Shaw has been handed over to BSF by Pakistan on the Attari-Wagah border at 10.30 am today. He went to Pakistan’s area inadvertently at around 11.50 pm while doing duty in Ferozepur sector on 23 April and Pak Rangers caught them.”
