A bench of Supreme Court Justice Sandeep Mehta and Justice NV Anjaraiya has amended their instructions to ban stray dogs from shelter sites in Delhi-NCR. The bench said that the caught dogs should be sterilized, they should be vaccinated and they should be released back in the same areas.
