Manoj jaranran patil on maratha reservation: Manoj Jarange-Patil, the main face of the Maratha reservation movement, has once again opened a front against the government. He has announced to start a fast unto death in Mumbai from 29 August 2025.
Talking to the media, Manoj Jarang Patil said that the government has repeatedly promised the Maratha society. During the last agitation, the government had assured to accept four demands immediately, but no demand was implemented even after three months.
‘Justice will not be available from peaceful movement’- Manoj Jarang Patil
Manoj Jarange clearly said that there is no question of retreat now. He said that the next strategy of the movement will be declared on 1 August. At the same time, he appealed to the society to settle all work by August 28 and come together in the movement with full force.
Manoj Jarange Patil says that the society will not get justice without a peaceful movement. This fast will be done in front of Azad Maidan or Ministry.
CM Fadnavis targeted
Manoj Patil also targeted Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and leader Chhagan Bhujbal. Jarange said that power can ever turn, so do not be in pride. He demanded that uniform certificates should be issued for Maratha and Kunbi society and the process of reservation should be started through gazette notifications.
‘Struggle for the future of children’
Manoj Jarange Patil said that he is doing this struggle for the future of the children of the society. He made emotional appeal to the society not to be angry and stand firmly with him. He claims that seven crore people of Maratha society are standing behind him.
