The trio of Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani and Ritesh Deshmukh are back to create ‘Masti’ at the box office. This superhit franchise of all three has its own audience which has been waiting for every part of this film for the last 21 years.
After the film ‘Masti’ in the year 2004, now the fourth part of this franchise has come and has started making waves on the opening day itself. This adult comedy film seems to be overshadowing all the films already present in theaters and released simultaneously.
Box office collection of ‘Masti 4’

- The film has left behind all the Hollywood films released simultaneously in the opening collection on the opening day itself. ‘Wicked for Good’ and ‘Sisu Road to Revenge’ have not been able to cross even the collection of 10 lakhs yet.
- Apart from this, the film has also left the simultaneously released ‘120 Bahadur’ far behind in its initial collections. Farhan’s film has so far been able to earn only around Rs 77 lakh.
- Even though ‘De De Pyaar De 2’ has been released for more than a week, this film is competing with Farhan’s film. However, compared to ‘Masti 4’ its today’s earning is only half.
‘Masti 4’ becomes the second biggest opener of the franchise
