Mea jaishankar on indus water treatment with Pakistan: Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar has made a big statement on Thursday (May 15) about the action and other sanctions taken under Operation Sindoor against Pakistan. Along with this, he also made a statement on the trade deal with the US.
S Jaishankar said that the Indus Water Agreement with Pakistan will remain postponed and it will be postponed until Pakistan completely eliminates its relations with terrorism across the border. He said, “Now if there is a discussion about Kashmir, then there is only one subject and that is the subject to evacuate the illegal occupied Kashmir (POK) of Pakistan and we are ready to discuss it.”
India confirmed on Tuesday (May 13) that the ceasefire agreement with Pakistan does not affect their earlier actions, including suspending the Indus Water Agreement.
