Meerut nikah case: A surprising case has come to light from Meerut in Uttar Pradesh. The relationship of a man was decided with a 21 -year -old girl but with a widow mother -in -law of 45 years. In the case, the young man has made serious allegations against his brother and sister -in -law, saying that these people together cheated to the widow woman. Not only this, he also threatened to implicate in false charges on protesting.
In fact, 22 -year -old Mohammad Azim, who hails from Brahmapuri area of Meerut, arrived for Nikah last week, he felt that he was going to get married to a 21 -year -old girl but when he raised the bride’s veil, he was surprised to see the 45 -year -old widow woman. It turned out that this is the mother of the girl from whom her relationship was decided.

Azim told the police that his parents have died and live in ancestral house with his brother-in-law. On 31 March, his elder brothers Nadeem and sister -in -law Shaida assured him that his marriage was decided by the 21 -year -old niece of his sister -in -law Shaida, who is a resident of Fazalpur in Kankarkheda. According to Azim, when he arrived for Nikah, Maulvi took the bride’s name Tahira, who is the mother of Mantasha. He was suspicious about this and he saw the bride’s veil and saw that she was Mantasha’s mother Tahira. Azim said, “He was shocked to see this.”
If protested, threatened to implicate in false case
Azim has claimed that his signature has been signed on Nikahnama. When he opposed this and refused to take the bride to his house, his brother-in-law threatened to implicate in a false rape case. However, Azim returned to his home without marriage and reached Meerut SSP’s office to register a complaint with the police.
Regarding the matter, SSP Meerut Dr. Vipin Tada said, “A complaint has been lodged regarding the case. It will be investigated thoroughly and necessary action will be taken on the basis of facts.” At present, the police is investigating the case.
