Megha Aggarwal’s journey with Meesho lasted for about six and a half years. He joined the company in September 2019. Initially he worked as Chief of Staff, where he played a major role in strengthening the company’s strategy, team management and internal systems.

In October 2023, Megha Aggarwal was made the Chief Experience Officer. While holding this position, his focus was on improving the experience of both customers and sellers. Where did you get your education from?
Megha Aggarwal’s education and professional background has also been very strong. He has done B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. After this he went abroad to study management and obtained a master’s degree from INSEAD. Before Meesho, Megha had done A.T. Worked in Kearney Consulting India, where he proved his ability on big projects. Apart from this, she was also associated with renowned organizations like Nomura Financial Advisory. This is why his arrival in Meesho was considered a big step for the company.

Another thing which is in discussion after Megha’s resignation is her salary. This information has come to light quoting the company’s filing on social media that the total salary of Megha Aggarwal in the financial year 2024-25 was around Rs 2.29 crore. Variable pay for the last financial year is also said to be included in this. Although, no official statement has come from the company on this, but this figure has become a topic of much discussion among the people.
