Met Gala 2025: Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh is one of the Indian celebs who will attend the Met Gala 2025 to be held on Monday, May 2 in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Prior to the Prestasius fashion event, Diljit Dosanjh shared a funny video from his room, in which he flaunted the invitation card of ‘Met Gala Card’ as well as the inside details of the part. In the video, he was also seen saying this. “Punjabi has come Oy!” Due to which his fans have become quite excited.

In the video shared by Diljit Dosanjh on Instagram, he is seen opening the invitation card of Met Gala. During this time they show their fans close-up of the card, and also read a note for inside it, which states, “The use of cell phone and recording devices inside the museum is a strict ban during the whole evening.”
Diljit jokingly said that he has received many wedding cards in the last few years, but the ‘Met Gala Card’ is what he really waited, on the first page of invitation, Honorary Chairman Lebron James as well as Co-Chair Members Kolman Domingo, Formula 1 Driver Louis Hamilton, Rapper AP Rocky, Rappery AP Rocky, Gayak Faile Williams and Ann Vintor have been included. The theme of Met Gala 2025 is Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.
Diljit also asked fans for Met Gala outfit
While sharing the video, Diljit wrote, “Met Gala Kal Daso Fer Ki Pa Kal Nu Hala La La Karauni and Metagala.” On Diljit’s post, one commented and wrote, “Hahahahaha !! Epic !!!! It’s going to be a wild ..! Punjabi at home.” While another wrote in another, “Met Gala would be better prepared for Diljit Dosanjh,” Another wrote, “Lag Do fire in Met Gala.”
At the same time, reports on the Internet show that Diljit will wear clothes prepared by Gurung for the grand event, however, there is no confirmation about this.

He is also waiting for the release of ‘Punjab 95’, which is based on the life of human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra. The film has been delayed due to issues with the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).
