Meta Will Make Ai Combat Smart Glasses, HeadSet and Helmets for Usa Military Details Inside

META is no longer limited to social media and VR headsets. The company is reportedly now making a smart headgier and helmets equipped with AI and AR for the US Army, named Eagleeye Project. The project is not alone in Meta, but it also has Defense Tech Company Anduril Industries, which is running Palmer Luckey. This is the same Palamar who created Oculus VR and bought by Meta (then Facebook).

The pair of Meta and Anduril are now together creating a high-tech system that will act like the eyes, mind and ear of American soldiers in future wars. This will include real-time data processing, agranded reality visuals and smart decision support. That is, as soon as wearing helmets or glasses, the soldier will be able to get 360 degree field data, enemies’ positions and AI from AI in real time.

Eagleeye will not just have a headset but a whole solar -port system. Anduril Have to say That this project is completely funded with private investment, that is, there is no burden of taxpayers on it yet. But WSJ’s Report It is reported that Meta and Anduril have also submitted a joint proposal for a $ 100 million contract of the US Army, which is part of an initiative named Soldier Borne Mission Command Next.

There are two things in the Eagleeye system, in which the lattice AI platform of Anduril will be integrated, which can provide all the information coming from the battlefield by processing soldiers immediately and second, this system will be combined with AR and VR, ie real world and digital data will be found in the same vision.

Palmer Luckey’s return is also an interesting angle of this project. He was extracted from Meta (then Facebook) in 2017, but now the same meta is making the biggest Ar headset for the army with him. This technology is currently in the testing phase, but if everything goes well then in the coming years, American soldiers can get into the field wearing such smart gears.
