Middle East CBSE Board Result 2026 : Due to increasing tension and war in the Middle East, the worries of many students and their families had increased this year. Due to the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel-America, the board examinations of class 10th and 12th had to be cancelled. Due to this, a big question arose for thousands of Indian students living in Gulf countries like Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE that how will their results be prepared and on what basis will they get the marks.
In view of this situation, CBSE has introduced Hybrid Evaluation System 2026 for the students of Middle East this year. Through this, the board has decided that no student should suffer any educational loss and the results should be declared on time. So let us know how the children of Middle East will pass the CBSE through the Hybrid Evaluation System and how will they get the marks.
What is Hybrid Evaluation System?
The new hybrid model of CBSE is based on the average of the best performing subjects of the students. Its purpose is that students do not have to waste their year even in war-like circumstances. CBSE’s new grading system works on the average of the best performing subjects of the students. Only the actual paper marks of the subjects for which the examination has been conducted will appear in the final result and for the subjects for which the examination could not be conducted, their marks will be decided on the basis of tests, practicals and internal assessments conducted in the school. Through hybrid evaluation system, marks will be given on the basis of tests and practicals conducted in school.

How to get marks through Hybrid Evaluation System?
Marks will be given in three categories through hybrid evaluation system. If a student has completed 4 papers, then the marks in the remaining subjects will be decided on the basis of the average of his best 3 subjects. For students who have given only 3 papers, their marks will be prepared on the basis of average of best 2 subjects and if a student has given only 2 papers, then the average marks of both those papers will be kept in the final result. In the hybrid system, not only the marks of written papers, but also the marks of internal assessment, project work and pre-board examination sent by the school will be included in the final result.
What will be the procedure to upload marks?
CBSE has instructed schools to upload the marks of students on the CBSE portal between April 6 and April 13, 2026. Once the marks are uploaded, no changes will be made in them. If any student is not happy with the marks obtained from the hybrid system, then he/she will be given a chance to appear in the improvement examination to be held in May-June 2026.
