Singer and rapper Badshah is in controversy these days regarding his new song ‘Tatihari’. This song of his was released just a few days ago. School girls were seen in the song. Along with this, Badshah’s lyrics got it a lot of views. The song was accused of sexualization of women and minor girls and then a big controversy arose. Now singer Mika Singh has reacted on this entire matter.
Mika Singh reacted to the ongoing controversy regarding the song ‘Tatihari’
According to the report of Bollywood Life.com, singer Mika Singh spoke on the controversy surrounding rapper Badshah and his song ‘Tatihari’. Mika told that he had already messaged the king about this, but the king saw the message after some time.
He said that Badshah is a good person and perhaps he had no intention of hurting anyone. This could just be an honest mistake. Mika also assured the Haryanvi community that their sentiments will be fully respected and Badshah will be more careful in future.
The king had apologized
Let us tell you, Badshah had apologized by posting a video on his Instagram handle, calling the song ‘Tatihari’ ridiculous. He said that my new song has been released and I see that because of my lyrics and visual representation in a part of it, the message sent has hurt many people, especially the people of my Haryana and their sentiments.
Badshah said, ‘First of all I would like to say that I myself am from Haryana. People who know me know that my dialect, food, lifestyle, my identity, everything is from Haryana. I am a proud Haryanvi. I never had any intention to say such an absurd thing about any child or woman of Haryana.
He further said that I myself come from the hip-hop genre, where the lyrics often look down on the competition or are spoken about one’s rivals. Those words were never meant for any woman or child. Nor will I ever do that. I wholeheartedly apologize to all of you. I hope that you will consider me as a son of Haryana and consider me as your son and forgive me.
