Amid tension in India-Pakistan, Hurriyat Conference President Mirwaiz Umar Farooq prayed for peace. He said that wars weapons are ready in both the countries, nuclear weapons are ready, in such a situation, we pray for peace and peace from God.

‘Deep sorrow and anxiety have gripped’

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said that I do not know what Surat-e-recently will be. In his social media post, he said, “As the danger of war is increasing and people are going to be valuable, deep sorrow and anxiety have gripped our hearts. Unfortunately whenever there is tension between India and Pakistan, the people of Jammu and Kashmir have to suffer mainly whenever there is tension between India and Pakistan.”

‘Appeal to reduce stress immediately’

Along with this, he further wrote that people are going through heavy problems on LoC, because the loss of their lives, home and livelihood is seen as just collateral damage. He said, “I request both countries not to reduce stress immediately and do not follow this dangerous path, which can only lead to waste.”

Administration was not allowed to go to Jama Masjid- Mirwaiz

After Operation Sindoor, Pakistan is violating ceasefire

Let me tell you that Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has said these things at a time when Pakistan is continuously violating the ceasefire on LoC after Operation Sindoor. People of the border areas of Jammu and Kashmir are being shifted to safe places to avoid firing of Pakistani army. So far, 16 people have died in firing from across the border.

India retaliated on Pakistan cities

Pakistan has been completely shocked since the Indian Army air strike in Pakistan and PoK. He tried to target Indian military bases which were thwarted. After this, India retaliated and attacked many cities of Pakistan including Lahore and Karachi.
