Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat’s visit to Manipur has attracted the attention of the entire country. During this, he said that the structure of the world would be incomplete without Hindu society, because Hindu civilization carries such a consciousness, which works to unite and sustain humanity. According to Bhagwat, India is not just a name on a map, but a living civilization which has maintained its form despite centuries of difficulties. He also reminded that there were many invasions on India and many empires collapsed, but the Indian soul was never broken.
While discussing history, Bhagwat said that many old civilizations of the world got destroyed in the flow of time. Giving the example of Greece, Egypt and Rome, he said that the existence of these civilizations today remains only in history books. According to him, large-scale cultural and religious changes weakened the original identity of these civilizations.

If Hindu society exists, the world will also exist – Bhagwat
Bhagwat said that it is not possible to destroy Hindu society, because its culture has the power to give direction to the world. He said that India’s vision of life is relevant in every part of the world. According to Bhagwat, if Hindu society becomes weak then it will affect the entire human civilization. He also reiterated that Indian identity is not based on any religion, caste or language, but it is a combination of values that take everyone together.
India once extended from Manipur to Afghanistan
Referring to ancient texts in his speech, Bhagwat said that the boundaries of India were not limited like in modern times. He said that in the works of Mahabharata, Ramayana and Kalidas, there is a description of India, which extended from Manipur to Afghanistan.
Politics changed after World War
Bhagwat also commented on modern politics in the last part of his address. He said that after 1945, the political structure of the entire world changed and new nations were formed. The leaders expressed their views according to the circumstances of that time, but the core identity of India was not affected by this.
