In the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Phase-13 selection post recruitment 2025, there is tremendous enthusiasm of youth from across the country. The Commission has received a total of 29,40,175 applications for this recruitment. Explain that this recruitment is being done for Group ‘B’ (Non -Gazetted) and Group ‘C’ (non -technical) posts in central government ministries and departments.
This time 10,22,154 for graduation and qualification posts, 7,08,401 for 12th pass, and 12,09,620 candidates for 10th pass posts have applied. The Commission is going to conduct this examination from 24 July to 1 August 2025. The exam will be held on 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31 July and 1 August.
Which posts were included?
SSC had sought applications for a total of 2423 posts in this phase. Of these, 1169 posts are unreserved, while 314 posts are reserved for Scheduled Castes, 148 posts Scheduled Tribes, 561 posts and 231 posts are reserved for the economically weaker section (EWS). However, change in the number of posts is possible till the final selection list is released.
Eligibility and application process
For this recruitment, applications were sought from candidates between the ages of 18 and 42 from June 2 to June 23, 2025. To rectify any kind of mistake in the application, the Commission also gave a special window between June 28 to 30.
The selection process will be strict
The Commission has made it clear that the documents will not be examined at the time of submission of applications and at the time of computer based examination. The documents of only shortlisted candidates will be examined. If the claim made by a candidate is found to be wrong in verification, then his candidature will be canceled immediately.
Examination city released, admit card soon
SSC has uploaded the information of the exam city of the candidates appearing in the examination on the website (ssc.gov.in). The admit cards will be issued 4 days before the examination. That is, those whose examination is on July 24, they will get the admit card by 20 or 21 July. Admit cards will be deposited at the examination center, so all the candidates have been advised to keep an additional copy with them.
