Why is morning time dangerous?

Blood pressure and heart rate increase
Suddenly blood pressure and heart rates increase after waking up in the morning. If there is already plaque accumulated in someone’s arteries, then this increased pressure can break that plaque. The result is that by forming a blood clot, it prevents blood flow to the heart and may cause heart attack.
Thick blood
Another reason is that blood becomes more thick in the morning. Platelets, that is, blood particles start sticking more and the body’s ability to break the clot decreases. This increases the chances of making a clot.
Blood cells shrink
Blood cells shrink more in the morning. This increases the pressure on blood flow. If the person already has heart disease or the arteries are weak, then the risk of heart attack increases manifold at such a time.
What does research say?
According to a study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, the risk of heart attack from 6 am to 12 noon is about 40 percent more. At the same time, a report by BBC Health states that the heart muscle in the morning heart attack is 20 to 25 percent more damage, compared to the attacks in the evening or night.
Other trigger factor
Sudden heavy exercise in the morning, lack of sleep, stress or exit in cold weather can also increase the risk of heart attack. Therefore, the doctors recommend that the body should be activated slowly in the morning.
Rescue measures
Dr Sandeep Kumar, a cardiologist at DMCH Darbhanga, says “Stretching slowly as soon as you wake up in the morning to reduce the risk of heart attack, do not exercise immediately. Get enough sleep and avoid waking up late at night. If you already have heart disease, take medicines on time according to the doctor’s advice”. Morning time is the most sensitive for our heart. In such a situation, the risk of heart attack can be reduced to a great extent by adopting caution and healthy routine.
