In this murder case on 6 May 2024, Special Judge LD Solanki ruled on Wednesday (July 23). He said that the guilty is not eligible for mercy in any way. This crime is of a brutal nature. The mother who entered a child by adopting a child with an orphanage, killing the same mother’s property is not only criminal, but also inhuman.
The court had said, “The one who has the responsibility of protecting the parents, who has to be the support of their old age, if the same guard becomes a eater, then why will the parents take care of such a child? If the fence starts eating the crop, then who will the farmer trust? Any childless parents will not adopt an orphan child. It will have a very bad effect on the society.”
Court mentioned every religious script
While reading the message of Lord Shri Ram, Shravan Kumar, Quran’s verses, Bible and Gurugranth Sahib from Ramayana, the court said that it has been said in every religion that giving respect to his parents with God is a sign of a good child. These teachings order children to serve their parents till old age.
Nothing less than death sentence
In this case, Public Prosecutor Rajendra Jadhav advocated on behalf of the Madhya Pradesh government. He said that the court gave death penalty and fine of Rs 1000 to Deepak Pachauri under Section 302. Under Section 201, a sentence of 7 years and an additional fine of Rs 1000 was imposed.
Missing reported after burial
On the morning of 6 May 2024, Usha Devi was climbing stairs to offer water to Tulsi ji, when Deepak Pachauri pushed her. The injured mother was hit with an iron rod and strangled her with a sari. Wrapped the body in red cloth and dug a pit in a bathroom under the stairs inside the house and buried it. Then selected with brick.
