There was a huge uproar in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh when a dispute broke out between two parties in front of the famous Badkul Hotel. It is being told that a person had come to collect some goods from here, during which the hotel staff abused him and used objectionable language against the Jain community, after which the ruckus increased. The police even had to resort to lathicharge to calm down the matter.

This incident is being reported from Kamania Gate under Kotwali police station area. According to the information, a person named Rajkumar Jain had gone to Badkul Hotel to collect some goods, during which he got into an altercation with the hotel staff, after which he allegedly used abusive language against the worshipable God of Jain community. After which the commotion increased.

Ruckus between two parties after indecent remarks

When this news came out, a large number of Jain community people and local businessmen gathered outside the hotel and created a ruckus, during which there was tremendous anger among the people and they raised slogans. Angry people started demanding handing over the accused who made indecent remarks.

Police did lathi charge

As soon as information about the incident was received, the local police reached the spot with heavy force and tried to pacify both the parties. But when it became difficult to control the crowd, the police had to resort to lathicharge to disperse the protesters. Tension has increased at the spot after the incident. Police from several police stations have been deployed in the area.

Tension in the area after the uproar

Police and administration appealed to the people to maintain peace. At present the situation in the city remains calm but tense. On this entire matter, ASP Ayush Gupta said that the police had to resort to lathi charge to control the crowd. Some people have suffered minor injuries in this. However, no serious injury has been reported to anyone.

Police have registered a complaint against three people. The accused are being interrogated. After which the police will take further legal action. In view of the tension at the spot, a demand has been made to deploy police forces from nearby police stations.
