The Taifun Block-4 missile Turki has been developed by Rokatsan, a leading company in defense sector, Rokatsan. It has been performed on Tuesday (22 July 2025).
The characteristics of Taifun Block-4 bring it into the category of the world’s advanced ballistic missiles. Its weight is about 2,300 kg. Its length is 6.5 meters. It can attack the target up to 800 km away.
Taifun Block-4 has hypersonic speed, which is considered 5 times more than the speed of sound. The speed and mobility of this missile is so advanced that it is capable of dodging the enemy’s air defense system.
Rokatson said in a statement that Taifun Block-4 is not only a new generation missile, but it is also a strong link to the Turk’s National Missile Development Program.
This missile is the most advanced version of the Taifun series, in which Multi-Police Warhead is installed. Weighing more than 7 tons, this missile can target many strategic bases in a single attack. It has the ability to demolish missile command and control centers, air defense systems, military hangers, and important military structures.
The biggest feature of Block-4 version is its boost-glide technology, which has the ability to rapidly attack high control and target.
The Turkas are the same country that helped Pakistan in constant against India, in which many weapons including drones were given to Pakistan.
