The country’s image is being tarnished at the international level due to this controversy.

Asghar Ali also said, “Yogi Adityanath is not only the Chief Minister but also a saint.” In such a situation, the initiative should come from their side only. Any religious leader is forced to protest like this only when his heart hurts. According to Naib Shahar Qazi of Jaipur, giving political color to this matter is also wrong. There can be no escape from saying that Shankaracharya Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati is agitating for political reasons.

The pictures and videos regarding Magh Mela have surfaced in the media and social media. On their basis it can be clearly said that Shankaracharya was completely right there. The police and administration did not fulfill their responsibilities properly.

Raising the question, Naib Shahr Qazi further said, “If the crowd was more then Shankaracharya should have been persuaded for this earlier.”
The protocol prescribed for Shankaracharya should have been followed. It is very important to resolve this dispute as soon as possible. Leaving aside right and wrong, the government should come forward in this matter and apologize to Shankaracharya.
Syed Asghar Ali has also appealed to UP CM Yogi Adityanath through news channel in this regard. He says that he felt the need to speak in this matter because it is a matter related to a religious leader. A religious leader may be of any religion, but he is respected by the entire society.
