Who is Tariq Rahman?
Tariq Rahman is the son of former Bangladesh President Ziaur Rahman and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia. Rahman, who studied international affairs from Dhaka University, has been in politics for more than three decades. In 2009, he was made the acting president of the party after Senior Vice President of BNP and Khaleda Zia in 2018, since he has been in the post of acting president in BNP.
