Amidst the preparations for Mission-27 in Lucknow, Samajwadi Party has taken a big political step. Party chief Akhilesh Yadav gave a clear indication during the press conference that SP is already giving its full strength for the fight of 2027. During this period, many leaders from different parties joined SP, which the party is considering as a big step towards strengthening the PDA.
Leaders from many parties welcomed in SP
Amidst the press conference, former state president of Apna Dal (S) Rajkumar Pal joined Samajwadi Party. Along with this, former minister Naseemuddin Siddiqui left Congress and joined SP. Anees Ahmed alias Phool Babu, who was associated with BSP, also joined SP.
Dr. Danish Khan, who has previously been an assembly candidate, and former MLA Dinanath Kushwaha also took membership of the Samajwadi Party. SP is looking at the entry of many influential faces simultaneously as a way to expand the organization before 2027.
‘This joining will strengthen PDA’- Akhilesh Yadav
During this, Akhilesh Yadav said that all these joinings will work to strengthen the PDA. He said that before Holi Milan, there will be a special meeting program of PDA. PDA stands with whoever is suffering and sad.
Targeting the central and state governments, he said that the leader of the opposition of the country is being insulted. Those who ask for certificates from others, show your certificate first. He sarcastically said that these days these people are also upset with Genji and Genji is saying that CM means corrupt mouth.
He said, “There are some people who insult even our respected Shankaracharya. The one who is suffering and insulted has PDA with him too. That’s why we are with Shankaracharya also. Those who are saying all kinds of things that Shankaracharya is beyond doubt. Let me tell them, it has been our culture that if anyone wears saffron clothes, we look at him with respect.”
‘If the party is strong then we all are strong’- Naseemuddin Siddiqui
After joining Samajwadi Party, Naseemuddin Siddiqui said that every person has his own opinion. Their objective is to strengthen the society, improve law and order and develop the state. He said that women, farmers, youth and students should get their rights. He clearly said that if Samajwadi Party is strong then we all are strong. Nothing is achieved by just talking, work has to be done on the ground.
Clear focus on 2027 elections
Naseemuddin Siddiqui, while addressing the workers, said that the competition is not with ordinary people. The real fun comes when there is a strong opponent. Emphasizing on discipline, he said that first the discipline of the party, then the order of the National President and then the ideology will have to move forward in this order.
He said that the goal should be clear, Samajwadi Party government has to be formed in 2027 and the national president has to be made the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. The further strategy will be decided later, but full strength will have to be applied from now on.
