A big news has come out for students and medical world about NEET PG 2025 exam. The Supreme Court has now approved to conduct this examination on 3 August 2025. The special thing is that this exam will be conducted in the same shift across the country. Earlier this exam was to be held on June 15 in two shifts, but the court ordered it to be conducted in a single shift for fairness and transparency.
Why was there a dispute?
In fact, ‘United Doctors Front’ had filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the decision to conduct the examination in two shifts. The petitioners said that conducting the examination in two shifts could lead to a difference in difficulty, which may lead to unfair benefits or disadvantages to some students. The court also ordered this argument seriously and ordered the examination to be conducted in the same shift.
