SIT is investigating the death of a NEET student living in Shambhu Girls Hostel in Patna, but people are raising questions. Patna Police has been in trouble since the beginning of the case. Rohini Acharya, daughter of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, is also continuously raising questions on this issue. Once again he has posted with the handle ‘X’.
Rohini Acharya said, “Bihar asks… when will the accused be arrested? Bihar government should pay attention to the questions: In the Patna hostel rape case, neither the hostel operator Agarwal couple has been arrested yet, nor has the accused son of the Agarwal couple been arrested?”
‘Investigation going on or cover up’
She further writes in the post, “Neither has Dr. Satish of Prabhat Memorial Hospital, who was involved in criminal tampering with evidence and destroying evidence, been arrested, nor has Prabhat Memorial Hospital been sealed yet? Is the investigation going on or is there a cover-up or an effort to protect the influential accused?”
He said, “Finally, the big question: In our Bihar, where today life of mothers, sisters and daughters is difficult, is it possible that the facility of giving time to the accused of rape and murder to destroy the evidence and manage the case is being restored there?”
‘Chief Minister himself should monitor’
Even before this, last Sunday (January 18, 2026), Rohini Acharya had appealed to Nitish Kumar in this matter through X-Post and said that the Chief Minister himself should monitor. Ensure speedy justice by instructing your subordinate officers to maintain transparency in the investigation process. There is a need to take immediate legal action against the doctor and seal the hospital until the investigation process is completed.
