The clock which was eagerly waiting for millions of medical students across the country, has now come. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the result of NEET UG 2025. This time, this is a big day for about 21 lakh students who appeared in the examination.
All the candidates in the examination can check their results and scorecards by visiting the official website of NTA neet.nta.nic.in. The result will be available only in online mode.
So many students took the exam
This year, 21 lakh students took part in the NEET UG 2025 exam. The examination was conducted in a peaceful manner and on June 3, the provisional answer was released, which could be lodged by June 5.
How to check your result
- First go to the official website neet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the link of “NEET UG 2025 Result” on the homepage.
- Now login by entering the application number, date of birth and security pin.
- Your scorecard and rank will appear on the screen.
- Download the result and keep a printout for the future.
What to do after the result?
After the result is declared, the counseling process will now start. In counseling, candidates will get admission in MBBS, BDS or other medical courses based on their rank, score and category. For this, MCC (Medical Counseling Committee) will soon release counseling schedule.

What will be decided by the score?
- Admission in courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS and BUMS.
- Admission in top medical institutions like AIIMS, Jipmer.
- To join the merit list of All India Kota and State Kota.
