NTA has clearly said that the application process is open for a limited time and after that no new applications will be accepted. Therefore, students who want to take this examination for medical studies this year, it is important for them to complete their form on time.
When can you fill the form?
NTA had given about one month’s time to the students for registration. The online application process started from 8 February 2026. Now this process will stop on March 8, 2026 at 11:50 pm. That means the last date of application is very near. In such a situation, students who have not yet filled the form should register as soon as possible. Due to excessive traffic on the website at the last moment, it can also cause problems.
Students will have to keep these important rules in mind
According to NTA, a candidate can fill only one application form. If a student fills multiple forms from different emails or mobile numbers, all his applications may get cancelled. While registering, give the same email and mobile number that belong to you or your parents. Admit card, OTP and important information are sent through this medium.
While submitting the form the candidate will have to take a live photograph. This photo will be matched with the photo of Aadhar card. If both the photographs do not match then the student will have to provide valid documents. Auto verification will be done with Aadhaar during registration. If there is a mistake in name, date of birth or gender, the application may also be canceled. Therefore, the information related to Aadhaar should be correct.

NTA will give students a chance to make corrections in the form between 10 to 12 March 2026. However, only some information can be changed in it like photo or signature.
