The world’s well-known company Nestle has recently taken a big decision. The company has removed its current CEO Laurent Freixe and replaced him as Philip Navratil as the new Chief Executive Officer.
Why Laurent Frex moved?
Laurent Freax was associated with Nestle for the last 40 years. He worked in different positions and brought the company to new heights several times. But a private matter turned his water on his four decades of hard work. According to reports, Freix had made a romantic relationship with a female employee of the company. However, this is not the first time in the corporate world.

Who is Philip Navratri?
In place of Laurent Frex, Nestle has immediately made Philip Navratil a new CEO. Navratri has been associated with the company since 2001 and has been in the company for almost 24 years. During his tenure in the company, he has handled many important projects related to marketing, strategy and management. He is considered a trusted and experienced officer of the company.
How much will be salary?
Nestle has not currently revealed the exact salary of the new CEO Philip Navratri or former CEO Laurent Freaks. But according to a report by the British newspaper The Telegraph, the annual CEO of Freix was 9.6 million Swiss Frank (US $ 11.9 million). On this basis, it is being estimated that Laurent Freaks will also be getting salary in this range.

Freaks had so many shares
According to Nestle’s 2024 compensation report, Laurent Freaks had more than 41,000 shares of the company, with the current price of about US $ 3.6 million (about 30 crores). But the shocking thing is that according to the BBC report, despite being removed from the post, they will not get any exit package. That is, the company has made it clear that economic benefits will also be stopped for violating the rules.
