NET Bowler Dismissed Babar Azam: The Pakistan team is visiting New Zealand these days. The first five T20s and then the series of three ODI matches are to be played from March 29. Meanwhile, Babar Azam is once again on the target of trollers as he was dismissed against a net bowler during the practice session. Actually Babur was trying to play shots on the leg side against the off-spin bowler during the practice. During this process, the umpire gave him LBW out.
Babar Azam was also shocked to see the decision of the umpire. This video of his dismissal is going viral in a tremendous way. In the last few months, the figures in Babur’s three formats have not been very good. In the year 2025, he has scored just 149 runs in 6 ODIs so far, including only one fifty. He has scored only 184 runs in 6 Test innings this year. During this time his average has been only 30.67.

Babar Azam was not selected in T20 team
PCB has sent a new T20 team on New Zealand tour in view of the 2026 T20 World Cup plans. This T20 series is still going on, the special thing of which is that Pakistan’s captaincy was handed over to Salman Aga. It was a shocking decision to drop many senior players like Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam from the T20 team.
Currently, Pakistan is lagging behind 1-2 in the five-match T20 series. In the first 2 matches, the host New Zealand was victorious, while in the third match, the Pak team won a big win thanks to Hasan Nawaz’s brilliant 105 runs innings. Talking about the ODI series, Pakistan-New Zealand’s first clash will be in Napier on March 29. The second match will be played on 2 April and the third match on 5 April.
