A total of 37 posts will be filled under this recruitment drive. Which includes Construction Management 10 posts, Technical 10 posts, Human Resource (HR) 4 posts, Finance 7 posts, Legal 3 posts, IT 3 posts. All these departments include posts like Associate, Senior Associate and Consultant.
Educational qualification
Different qualifications have been fixed for each post. For Construction/Technical, Masters degree in the relevant field, for HR, MBA, for Finance, M.Com / CA / CMA / MBA (Finance), for Legal, LLB or LLM and for IT, B.Tech or M.Tech. Preference can be given to candidates studying from good institutes like IIT, NIT, IIM or National Law University. Candidates studying from abroad can also apply.
experience required
In this recruitment, the experience requirement has been fixed for different posts, where 0 to 2 years of experience has been sought for the post of Associate, 2 to 9 years for Senior Associate and 9 to 15 years for Consultant, due to which both freshers and experienced candidates get the opportunity. Talking about the age limit, maximum 30 years has been fixed for Associate, 40 years for Senior Associate and 45 years for Consultant.

What will be the salary for this recruitment?
The salary for this recruitment has also been kept very attractive, in which Associate can get salary from Rs 70,000 to Rs 80,000, Senior Associate from Rs 80,000 to Rs 1,50,000 and Consultant from Rs 1,50,000 to Rs 2,75,000 per month. The selection process will be completed in four stages, which first includes screening of applications, then written examination, then group discussion and finally personal interview, and the candidates will have to be successful in each stage.
