Vaibhav Suryavanshi played an inning of 93 runs in 67 balls for Bihar in the drawn Ranji Trophy Plate Group match against Meghalaya. Suryavanshi hit nine fours and four sixes in his aggressive innings. Bihar scored 156 runs for four wickets. Earlier, Meghalaya had declared its first innings after scoring 408 runs for seven wickets.

Suryavanshi, after the initial shock in the form of Arnav Kishore, made a quick partnership of 92 runs for the second wicket with Mangal Mehrour (25) and 41 runs for the third wicket with Bipin Saurabh (15).
