Nishikant dubey targets sy quaishi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Nishikant Dubey is once again in discussion about his statement from Godda Lok Sabha seat in Jharkhand. He first gave a controversial statement on the Supreme Court and Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna, now he former Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) S.Y. Qureshi is also targeted. He told the former CEC that you were not the Election Commissioner but a Muslim commissioner.
Nishikant Dubey accused Qureshi and wrote, “You were the commissioner of Muslims, not the Election Commissioner. The most Bangladeshi infiltrators in Santhalpargana, Jharkhand were made voters during your tenure.” He further wrote, “The Islam of Prophet Muhammad Saheb came to India in 712 AD. Before that this land was a Hindu or tribal, Jain and Buddhist religion associated with that faith.”
BJP MP told the history of his village
Not only this, the BJP MP stated the history of his village and said, “My village Vikramashila was burnt by Bakhtiar Khilji in 1189. Vikramshila University gave the world the first Vice Chancellor- Atiish as Dipankar. Pakistan was made by reading, reading history. Now Pakistan was formed. Now there will be no dividing?”

S.Y. What did Qureshi say?
S.Y. Qureshi made a tweet on the social media platform X (first Twitter) regarding the WAQF Act, after which BJP MP Nishikant Dubey launched a strong attack on him. He wrote in his post, “The Waqf Act is undoubtedly a dangerous and wrong plan of the government to grab Muslim land. I am confident that the Supreme Court will question it. The rumor -spreading machinery has done its job well.”
Wakf act is undoubtedly a blatantly sinister / evil plan of the govt to grab Muslim lands. I’m sure sc will call it out. Misinformation by the Mischievous Propaganda Machine Has Done Its Job Well.

Qureshi’s response to Nishikant Dubey’s statement
S.Y. Qureshi said on Nishikant Dubey’s statement, “Because the matter is directly related to the Supreme Court and is in the cognizance of the Supreme Court, I will not comment on it right now. The Supreme Court will keep an eye on what the Supreme Court does.”
What Nishikant said on Supreme Court and CJI
On the previous day, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey said that the Supreme Court is responsible for inciting all religious war in the country. He said that the court is now crossing its limits. If you want to go to the Supreme Court on everything, then Parliament and Assembly should be closed. He said that only CJI Sanjeev Khanna is responsible for all the situations like civil war is being created.
