Union Minister Nitin Gadkari inaugurated the state’s longest flyover bridge in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also attended this ceremony. Nitin Gadkari announced road projects worth more than 60 thousand crores for the entire state.
Road projects worth several hundred crore rupees have been announced for Jabalpur district alone, the most important announcement was for the Tiger Reserve areas. Under this, Jabalpur, Bandhavgarh-Kanha Pench will all be connected through the Tiger Reserve Corridor. The Union Minister said, “They do not make false announcements what they say. Jabalpur will not be allowed to lag behind in terms of development. In the coming time, Jabalpur will be in the category of metros. ”

45 minutes distance will be reduced in 7 minutes
After the speech, Nitin Gadkari also inspected the newly constructed flyover. Please tell that the construction of this flyover, which was prepared in the name of Veerangana Rani Durgavati, has cost 1200 crores. After this flyover starts, the distance from Madanmahal to Damoh Naka will be completed in seven minutes. Till now it took 45 minutes to cover this distance.
What is the specialty of flyover?
The specialty of this flyover is also that it has also built the longest single sponing cable stay bridge in the country above the rail route, which is 385 meters in length. The cost of this flyover is around 1100 crores. 50 thousand saplings, basketball courts and parks have also been built under the bridge.
