Whenever the image of a development man and justice-giving politician will be remembered in politics, then he will be none other than Nitish Kumar, born from the land of Chanakya and Buddha, disciple of JP and standing at the top position in the line to become the Chief Minister for the 10th consecutive time, he will continue to shine as the pole star of Bihar politics.
JDU supremo Nitish Kumar, who was once again elected leader of the NDA legislature party with a clear majority, will take oath as the Chief Minister. A grand swearing-in ceremony will be organized at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. Chief Ministers of NDA ruled states including Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will participate in the event.
But, there is one thing that will be said about Nitish Kumar that how he became the silent killer of Bihar politics in no time.
How has been Nitish’s political journey so far?
Nitish’s image developed as a leader who enters the election field without any fanfare and has the expertise to convert the voters of Bihar towards himself. His social equation, development plans and giving courage to the culture of the state.
To understand all these things we have to go back a little. If we look at Nitish Kumar’s politics of 20 years, his entire politics was politics of development along with justice. Nitish gave courage to the girls of Bihar. Showed them the way out of the courtyard. Apart from this, he also introduced the most backward society to the aspects of justice and development.
He connected women to the path of development under the Jeevika Didi scheme. Gave a chance to raise my head. Women came forward breaking the caste barriers.
Nitish is expert in social engineering
Nitish has been very much talked about regarding social engineering. The equation of Kurmi and Koeri castes gave Nitish the strength to remain in power. In Bihar, Nitish worked as a bridge between the Kurmi and Koeri castes, known as the couple of Luv Kush. He maintained balance in ticket distribution between the two.
One more thing.. due to which Nitish’s face started being called the biggest secular face in the state. He never harbored bitterness towards the Muslim community. Apart from this, he also kept the Sarvan community included in his political circle. This sent a message throughout Bihar that Nitish Kumar belongs to everyone. The courage given to women transformed into votes in favor of Nitish. He emerged as the most trusted face of women.
Apart from this, Nitish Kumar was also appreciated for women when he gave the historic decision of prohibition in the entire state. In this the housewives got relief. Although the society seemed class divided, Nitish Kumar emerged as a character of faith for women. Here, by giving Rs 10,000, Nitish Kumar deeply strengthened the support of women in the elections.
Apart from these, his coordination with BJP also proved beneficial. While BJP was seen taking advantage of Nitish’s working style and network, no strong opposition to Modi was seen on the ground. This was the reason why NDA’s alliance in Bihar crossed 200.
