A research has revealed that 79 percent of people give most importance to durability while taking smartphones. That is, their concern is more about any features but more about things like strong screen, strong frame and water registration. They believe that there is a risk of breaking up when a delicate device falls. Due to this, there is a worry about the departure of the data, as well as the burden on the pocket increases.
Most people do not use phones for fear of loss
In the survey conducted on about 4,500 people in 26 cities of the country, many important things have come out. 78 percent of these people said that due to fear of malfunction, they do not use their phone near rain, heat or water. 56 percent of the people said that when their phone falls or breaks, they are disappointed. 39 percent has said to be panic in such a situation.
89 percent worry about losing data
89 percent of the people participating in the survey expressed concern over the fall of the phone. Most people are worried about their photos/videos, banking details, contacts and chat. Apart from this, spending on repairing the phone is also putting people in tension. 70 percent said that he has spent more than 2,000 money to repair the phone. 29 percent said to spend more than 5,000. Research director of Counterpoint Research, Tarun Pathak said that the smartphone now has the whole world. Now durability has become essential for smartphones.
