No need of gym, do these remedies at home and say goodbye to back fat

To reduce back fat, avoid fried foods, excessive sweets and junk food. Instead, include protein and fiber in your diet. Protein strengthens the muscles and fiber keeps the stomach full for a long time, thereby reducing unnecessary calories.

5. Be active daily – The biggest task to reduce back fat is to be active daily. Small changes like climbing stairs, taking a short walk or constantly moving the body while doing household chores also help.
