He recently went to Kajol and Twinkle Khanna’s show Too Much with Kajol and Twinkle where he told that he feels sad when people in the industry defame him for coming late.
He reacted to long-running rumors about his habit of arriving late to film sets. Which had spoiled some professional relationships. Govinda gave a clarification and slammed those spreading this rumour.
Govinda broke his silence
Govinda said- ‘I am defamed because I do not come on time. I said whose father has the strength to do 5 shifts and come on time. It is not possible, it cannot happen. How will a man do so much shooting? Here people get tired within just one picture.
Talking about Govinda’s film career, he has won everyone’s hearts with his comic timing and dance moves. He got a lot of love in the 80-90s. He was one of the top actors. He worked in films like Ilzaam, Love 86, Ishq Mein Jeena Ishq Mein Marna. After that worked with David Dhawan in comedy films like Coolie No. 1, Hero No., Raja Babu and Partner. His film career has spanned 3 decades. He was last seen in the film Rangeela Raju which was released in 2019. Now Govinda often comes as a guest in reality shows.
