Amidst the brouhaha over Aravalli, a big statement from Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has come out. He has announced that no permission will be given for any kind of tampering regarding Aravali. CM said that no new mining lease will be issued.
Actually, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma had arrived in Jhalawar on Monday (22 December) to participate in a program. During this, he also targeted the Congress party including former CM Ashok Gehlot. CM said that Congress party leaders including Ashok Gehlot are trying to mislead people by posting DP of Save Aravalli. Aravalli will not be saved just by changing the DP, but strong will power will have to be shown for it. He also accused the Congress party of misleading the people.
Let us tell you that today there were demonstrations in more than a dozen districts in Rajasthan regarding the issue of Aravalli, and there was uproar at some places. It is expected that after today’s announcement by CM Bhajanlal Sharma, the protests may reduce somewhat.

Leader of Opposition in Rajasthan Assembly Tikaram Julie has said that this is the first time that CM Bhajan Lal has said something on his own free will without getting the slip from Delhi. We hope that he will stick to his statement and will put pressure on the central government to change the rules regarding Aravalli.
According to Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie, the CM had to make this announcement due to the pressure of the public movement taking place in the entire state, if CM Bhajanlal Sharma and his government do not stick to their statement then the Congress Party will protest strongly.
