Later he received education in the boarding school of Mussoorie. Passed 12th exam from there. After this he graduated from BIT Mesra. Took degree in Software Engineering from Ranchi.

Mother died in 2007

Till about a year ago, Nishant was rarely seen in public programs. Although he participated in some public programs with his father from 2024 onwards, he did not enter active politics.
