She shared a video on Instagram, in which she explained how to create a personalized weight loss plan in just a few minutes with the help of ChatGPT. Rebecca explains that if you want to know your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and the correct micro breakdown, i.e. how many calories you should take in a day and in what ratio of protein, carbs and fat, then ChatGPT can tell all this instantly. All you need to do is enter the correct information and the correct prompt.
1. Get your BMR, TDEE and macros calculated – Rebecca says that ChatGPT can prepare an accurate calorie target for you by taking information related to your body, age and lifestyle. For this, you have to write to ChatGPT and ask them to calculate my BMR, TDEE, and ideal calorie plus macro goals to reduce fat. This plan can be made according to your choice of food, your meal time and your lifestyle. Rebecca says that for this, inform ChatGPT about how many times a day you eat. At what time do you feel most hungry, which foods do you like and dislike, whether you are a vegetarian, non-vegetarian, egalitarian or follow a mixed diet. You want the diet plan to be Indian and use easily available information. On the basis of this information, ChatGPT gives you a diet plan which you can adopt in your daily life without any problem to lose weight.
