Whatsapp Quick Recap: META is now preparing to bring many new AI features to WhatsApp, the most interesting of which is a new feature named ‘Quick Recap’. Through this feature, users will be able to get a small and accurate summary of many unknown chats at once. According to the report of WABETAINFO, this feature is currently in development and has been seen in Whatsapp’s Android Beta version 2.25.21.12.

How to work?

The Quick Recap feature will be the advanced form of the already present message of WhatsApp, which is currently available only in America and gives a brief description of one chat. But the new feature will be far ahead of this, in this, users will be able to choose five chats together and the main things of each chat will be able to get quickly with the help of AI.

This feature will be especially beneficial for users who stay away from the app for a long time and they have to scroll again and again and read old chats. Now without losing time, the summary of each chat will be on the screen in a pinch.

This feature will be available like this

According to the information shared by WABETAINFO, users will have to go to the Chats tab to access it and select many chats, then the option of ‘Quick Recap’ will be seen in the three dots menu on the top right. On tapping on it, Meta’s in-house AI will process those unrighteous messages and present a clear and clear summary of them.

Will your privacy be safe?

META claims that this feature will be powered by its ‘Private Processing’ technology which keeps the user’s privacy paramount. It uses end-to-end encryption, Secure Enclave and separate computing area so that Meta or Whatsapp can neither see real messages nor can the summary made by AI can be read.

This will be an alternative feature

The special thing is that this feature will be completely optional. That is, the user will have to go to the settings manually and turn it on, it will not be on default form. Apart from this, safe chats will not be included in Whatsapp’s ‘Advanced Chat Privacy’.

Will be available for everyone soon

Currently, Quick Recap is available only as a test for Android beta users of WhatsApp. It is expected that in the next few weeks, this feature will be rolled out for beta testers and will later be delivered to all Android users. This new step of Whatsapp will be very helpful for those who struggle with hundreds of messages daily and want to save time.
