According to the new order of DDA, the cost of parking construction will be included in the development expense itself. Earlier, while booking a flat, apart from the base price, a separate amount had to be paid for parking.

This rule will be applicable to DDA Karmayogi Awas Yojana 2025, DDA Towering Heights Karkardooma Awas Yojana 2025, DDA Nagarik Awas Yojana 2026 and DDA Towering Heights Karkardooma Awas Yojana 2026. This will make it easier for buyers to understand how much final payment they have to make.
How much will the price be reduced?
If we talk about HIG flat under Karmayogi Housing Scheme. Where about 11 square meters of parking space is included. So earlier a huge amount was added separately for this part. Now the same flat can be cheaper by about Rs 10 lakh. You can get relief of Rs 4 to 5 lakh in MIG flats.
