If you pay with UPI and have failed the problem of transaction fail or wrong transfer, then this news is for you. NPCI has introduced a new system from 15 July 2025, under which users will get immediate refunds on failed transactions. This new system has been called RGNB (Remitting Bank Raising Good Faith Negative Chargeback), which allows banks to reject chargebacks without NPCI approval, when the customer’s complaint is found correct.
