Essential educational qualification
For these posts, the candidate should have a BE or BTech degree, which should be from the concerned branch – Electrical, Mechanical or Control and Instrumentation (C&I) -.
Age limit
According to the notification, the maximum age of the candidate for these posts should be 42 years. However, the candidates of the reserved category will be given exemption as per government rules.
This will be selected
Candidates will be selected in several stages. These include shortlisting, written examination, document verification, medical test.

How much salary will be
Selected candidates in NTPC will be paid salary from Rs 70,000 to Rs 2,00,000 per month. Along with this, other allowances and facilities will also be available.
