Japan will be left behind India’s growth
Earlier, NITI Aayog CEO BVR Subrahmanyam had said that India has become the fourth largest economy in the world. When asked to comment on this, the famous economist said, & lsquo; & lsquo; This is a complex question and I really don’t know what words someone has used. Perhaps a word is missed or something. & Rsquo; & rsquo; & nbsp; Subramaniam recently cited the IMF data saying that the size of the Indian economy has grown bigger than Japan today. Subramaniam said a few days ago, & lsquo; & lsquo; When I am speaking, we are the fourth largest economy. When I am speaking, we have become an economy of four million million dollars. & Rsquo; & rsquo;
Virmani said on this statement, & lsquo; & lsquo; When we publicly discuss the size of economies, we usually use the current US dollar prices. When we compare the economy, we usually do this in the context of annual GDP. & Rsquo; & rsquo; He said that in its report released in April, the IMF had given an accurate number, which showed that India’s GDP will be more than Japan for the whole year of 2025.
