Former India captain and star batsman Virat Kohli scored a century against Afghanistan in the 2022 Asia Cup. This veteran batsman of India, who retired from T20 International, played this memorable innings against Afghanistan on 8 September 2022. King Kohli came on the field with captain KL Rahul as opener. The two batsmen shared a 119 -run partnership in 12.4 overs. KL Rahul was dismissed for 62 runs in 41 balls, while Kohli scored 122 not out in 61 balls with the help of 6 sixes and 12 fours.
Babur Hyatt of Hong Kong scored a century in 2016
Babur Hayat of Hong Kong scored a century against Oman on 19 February 2016. Batting first in the match, Oman’s team scored 180 runs after losing five wickets. Jatinder Singh added 42 runs for the team, while Aamir Ali scored an unbeaten 32 runs. In response, the Hong Kong camp could score 175 runs after losing seven wickets in the prescribed overs. Even though the team lost the match, Babur Hayat entertained the fans with the help of seven sixes and nine fours in 60 balls. However, Babur could not win his team. Oman won the match by five runs.
