PSL shift in Dubai
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) decided to shift the remaining matches of HBL PSL X to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Amid the increased struggle between India and Pakistan, the PCB issued a statement on Friday, saying that the remaining eight matches of the tournament will now be in the UAE. Earlier these matches were to be held in Rawalpindi, Multan and Lahore. The board has said that information will be given later about the date of the matches and the venues.
PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi said that the board has always been a supporter that “politics and sports should be kept separate.” He said that in view of the target of Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, PCB has decided to shift the remaining matches to UAE.
