Indian Postal Department has released the official notification for recruitment to its staff car driver posts. This recruitment is being done under Mail Motor Service and in this, eligible candidates have a chance to get stability of government job and attractive salary. This recruitment is especially useful for those candidates who are 10th pass and have driving experience with valid driving license.
A total of 48 posts will be filled under this recruitment. The name of the post is Staff Car Driver and it will be posted in various postal department offices. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their qualification, driving experience and departmental norms. Through this recruitment, the Postal Department is taking steps towards making the operation of its mail motor service more efficient.
Ability
For this recruitment, the educational qualification of the candidate should be 10th pass. Apart from this, the candidate must have a valid driving license. Experience of driving light and heavy vehicles will be considered mandatory in the selection process.
age limit
In this recruitment, the age of the candidate should be between 18 to 27 years. Age relaxation will be provided for reserved category candidates as per government rules.
Salary
After completion of the selection process, the selected candidates will be provided a monthly salary of Rs 19,900 under Level-2 as per the Seventh Pay Commission. Along with this, employees will get the benefit of dearness allowance, traveling allowance and other permissible allowances as per the rules of the Central Government. This post comes under permanent government service, due to which the employees will also get job security, provident fund, pension and other social security benefits.

- Step 2: Fill your correct information in the form and paste the photo.
- Step 3: Attach copy of 10th mark sheet, driving license and experience certificate.
