Actually, Greater Noida Authority is going to launch a new scheme of ready-to-move 2BHK flats on the occasion of Republic Day. These flats are located in Sector Omicron-1A of Greater Noida and will be allotted through e-auction. Let us now tell you how you can apply to buy a ready-to-move 2BHK flat in Greater Noida.
When is the scheme being launched?
This new scheme of Greater Noida Authority will be launched on 28 January 2026. Under this scheme, a total of 90 ready-to-move 2BHK flats will be allotted in I Block of the multi-storey building located at Omicron-1A. For this, buyers interested in flats will have to participate in the e-auction. According to the authority, the reserve price of these flats has been fixed between Rs 73.23 lakh to Rs 74.35 lakh. The flat will be allotted to the applicant who makes the highest bid in this auction. The price of flats has been fixed according to the floor.
Flat size and location
The carpet area of all these 2BHK flats is 83.38 square meters and super area is 104.70 square meters. The flat is located from the first floor to the 15th floor. The location of Omicron-1A sector is also considered very good. This area is connected by a 130 meter wide road. Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and Yamuna Expressway are present nearby, due to which connectivity is strong. Whereas Greater Noida Authority has already constructed multi-storey flats in Omicron-1A. Many of these flats have already been allotted, but about 350 flats are still vacant.
Application process and important dates
Registration to buy a flat will start from 28 January 2026. The last date for registration will be 18th February. Apart from this, the last date for depositing processing fees will be 20th February and the last date for submitting documents is said to be 23rd February. The brochure of this scheme will be available on the official website of Greater Noida Authority www.greaternoidaauthority.in. Apart from this, to apply for this scheme, one can apply by visiting https://gnida.etender.sbi website. According to the authority, this scheme is a better opportunity for those people who have not been able to buy their house till now.
